Shipping Policy


Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day.

In Australia we use Australia Post eParcel to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, it can take up to 3-7 business days to be delivered.  Express post is available which will take 2 to 3 business days depending on your city. You can check on Australia Post on how long it will take to your city.

We also ship to New Zealand, the cost will be calculated at check out page with an New Zealand adress.

Please note: We do sometimes get busy during our sale/promotional periods, so delivery may take a little longer than the times listed. Shipping may also take longer for overseas deliveries.



As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. The email will contain your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through our partnered courier’s website.

Don't stress if it doesn't work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for it to be searchable in the system. If you are not receiving updates from Australia Post, first check your junk mail or spam filters to see if the tracking emails have ended up there. If you have no luck, contact us and we will send you the tracking number.
